Interview with Dave Nardi on June 25, 2011:
David Nardi moved to Rivermont Avenue in January of 2007. He has since been working to update the home and has found a servant call button on the dining room floor and a pantry door that used to lead to the outside that was filled in. He has added a half bath to the main level of the house. He enjoys the front porch and when he first moved in he found himself being woken up by singing at Randolph College.
