Queen Anne. Complex Queen Anne style with hipped roof, projecting polygonal bay on southwest corner, wraparound porch, second floor balcony and two porjecting dormers. Windows have diamond-pane upper sash. Addition to rear in 1939.

The home was built for Michael Kirshner and family. Kirshner was an engineer for the United Cigarette Machine Co in Lynchburg. W.J. Logwood was the proprietor of Diamond Hill Pharmacy from 1925-37.The home was converted to apartments most probably in the 1920s. It has been restored to a single-family home by the current owners.
