Anecdotal Information
Interview with Brad Bullock on July 8, 2010:
Brad Bullock came to Lynchburg in the summer of 1987 to work at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (now Randolph College). He moved onto Rivermont Avenue in 1997. The house had been made into a duplex, which he rented out, and as of 2010 he had plans to convert it back into a single family home. While structurally sound, some of the house had been changed when converted into a duplex such as the stairwell that leads to the upstairs apartment. Brad is a founding member of the Rivermont Historic District which became the Friends of Rivermont Historical Society.
